Shipping Schedule
Parts in stock normally ship within one business day. Standard U.S. shipping is via FedEx Ground, with typical delivery in one to four business days. Standard international shipping is via FedEx International Economy or USPS First Class International. FedEx International Economy has a typical delivery of 2 to 3 business days to Canada or Mexico and 2 to 5 days elsewhere. USPS International has a typical delivery of 5 to 10 business days. Faster shipping is also available for additional cost.

Shipping Charges
Most shipments within the U.S. qualify for flat rate shipping of $9.95 for FedEx Ground. Most International shipments qualify for a flat rate of $49.95 for FedEx International Economy. Expedited shipping is also available at extra cost, and those shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping is provided via FedEx International Economy. You, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty or customs clearance charges required by your country for importing integrated circuits.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Out of Stock
Our goal is to have 100% of listed parts in stock for immediate delivery. Parts not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as they become available. Parts not available at the end of 30 days will be canceled and refunded/credited. The number of backorder days may be extended beyond 30 days with your approval.

F.O.B. Point
F.O.B. point shall be NVE's facility. Title and the risk for loss or damage to the products shall pass to the buyer on delivery of the products to a carrier at the F.O.B. point, and NVE shall in no way be responsible for the safe arrival of the products.

Freight Damage
If you receive parts damaged in transit, keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact us immediately to initiate a claim.

NVE accepts merchandise returns for unused parts purchased on this site and will provide a refund less a 15 percent restocking fee. In order to facilitate our return processing:

  • Contact us at 800-GMR-7141 (800-467-7141), 952-829-9217, or to obtain a Returned to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number prior to return.
  • Any returns should be made within 30 days of date of purchase and be accompanied by the original sales order or invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  • Parts must be unused and in the original tubes or packaging.
  • Any defective parts may be returned under warranty within 90 days of purchase and need not be in original packaging.
  • This return policy may be modified under special circumstances with prior approval by NVE.
