Shipping Schedule
We normally ship orders for parts in stock within one business day. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. Delivery is generally one to four business days depending on the destination.

Service Area
WE ACCEPT ORDERS ON THIS SITE FOR SHIPMENT TO NORTH AMERICA ONLY. International customers can order through our worldwide distribution network.

Shipping Charges
Most orders from this site qualify for a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge via ground. We will notify you if the shipping charge is more. Overnight or second-day shipping are available at extra cost. Extra shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

You can reach us at 800-GMR-7141 (800-467-7141). Customer Service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday except certain holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Out of Stock
Parts not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as they become available. Parts not available at the end of 30 days will be canceled and refunded/credited. The number of backorder days may be extended beyond 30 days with your approval.

F.O.B. Point
F.O.B. point shall be NVE's facility. Title and the risk for loss or damage to the products shall pass to the buyer on delivery of the products to a carrier at the F.O.B. point, and NVE shall in no way be responsible for the safe arrival of the products.

Freight Damage
If you receive parts damaged in transit, keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact us immediately to initiate a claim.

NVE accepts merchandise returns for unused parts purchased on this site and will provide a refund less a 15 percent restocking fee. In order to facilitate our return processing:

  • Contact us at 800-GMR-7141 (800-467-7141) or to obtain a Returned to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number prior to return.
  • Any returns should be made within 30 days of date of purchase and be accompanied by the original sales order or invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  • Parts must be unused and in the original tubes or packaging.
  • Any defective parts may be returned under warranty within 90 days of purchase and need not be in original packaging.
  • This return policy may be modified under special circumstances with prior approval by NVE.
