AAT009-10E: Angle Sensor, 6 MOhm, TDFN6
AAT009-10E Angle Sensors use Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology for ultralow power, high output signal, and a wide airgap tolerance. Sine and cosine outputs provide
full quadrature. The AAT009-10E version has the highest device resistance in the AAT product family (6 megaohms typ.), for the lowest power consumption.
