AET500-02E: 5 mm, Half-Bridge TMR Rotational / Linear Sensor, SOIC

AET500-02E sensors can be used with multipole ring magnets as rotary encoders or with magnetic scale tapes as linear motion sensors. High sensitivity allows for wide airgaps and accommodates mechanical tolerances.

The half-bridge configuration maximizes noise immunity and provides large 300 mVpp/V output signals. Sine and cosine outputs provide direction information.

Evaluation and Demonstration Kits are also available.

The ILDC11V-15E is an ultraminiature, one-quarter watt fully-regulated 3.3V-to-3.3V DC-DC convertor in an ultraminiature 3 mm x 5.5 mm DFN6 package. The "V" suffix indicates an extended creepage package and full 2.5 kV isolation.

The part can be used to generate isolated RS-485 bus supplies or isolated analog supplies for ADC and DAC circuits.

The device minimizes board space and parts count, requiring just three external capacitors. No additional regulation is required and there is no minimum load.
