The
ACT001-10E is a high-sensitivity, inline analog TMR current sensor for AC or DC
measurements. An integrated current strap senses current, and a TMR bridge sensor
element provides a Wheatstone bridge differential output. The output is bipolar
and proportional to the current through the strap. The sensor has a -500 mA to
+500 mA linear range, with a typical sensitivity of 0.04 mV/V-mA.
The part comes in an ultraminiature DFN6 package.
The evaluation board includes three sensor over current-trace modules with three AAL024-10E TDFN current sensors.
The board measures 1.565" x 2.915" (40 mm by 74 mm), and includes three separable modules. The three modules are optimized to measure currents of 0-0.75A, 0-5A, and 0-50A.
This demonstration features the ALT025 low hysteresis, high-speed TMR magnetometer and a high current PCB layout, optimized for the detection of +/- 200 amps. The board has sturdy screw terminal connections for current input, and it has header pins for sensor power and output.
The AG953H-07 demonstrates high current measurement with the SM225-10E Smart TMR Magnetometer. A 1/4" x 1/2" busbar is mounted to the PCB, and the sensor can detect up to +/-650 amps. Based on the AG953-07E Evaluation Kit, a powerful, intuitive graphical user interface allows the user to control sensor offset, calibration, filtering, and memory.
This 2” x 2” square evaluation board allows you to test the remarkable
ACT001-10E current sensor and a common application circuit.
The ACT001-10E is a fully-isolated, inline current sensor with
an on-chip current strap. A Wheatstone bridge manufactured
with NVE’s state-of-the-art tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR)
sensor elements detects the magnetic field from the input current
across NVE’s unique polymer isolation barrier.
