The 12426 is a split-pole Alnico-5 round horseshoe magnet, ideal for use with
AAT-Series angle sensors.
The magnet is 11 mm diameter by 11 mm tall, with a 3.7 mm hole
through the center for a variety of mounting options.
Typical field strength is 1100 Oe at the magnet face and thirty oersteds 12mm away. This magnet's strength allows a large airgap between the magnet and the sensor.
This magnet is included in our angle sensor evaluation kits.
A 0.8 x 0.4 inch (21 x 10 mm) breakout board with the AAT001-10E 1.25 MOhm Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) analog angle sensor.
The board has a pre-soldered sensor and footprints for a standard 0.1" (2.54 mm) header and a common, 1 mm pitch card-edge connector.
The board can be powered by a 0 to 5.5 V supply and provides sine and cosine analog outputs.
AAT001-10E Angle Sensors use Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to produce
a very high output signal without amplification, a wide airgap tolerance, and
very high device resistance for extremely low power. Sine and cosine outputs provide
full quadrature.
