The "E" suffix indicates this part is lead (Pb) free.
The IL712S-1 is a 3.3/5V, dual-channel bidirectional 150 Mbps CMOS-compatible isolated buffer with automatic level shifting, 10 ns propagation delay, 300 ps pulse width distortion, 1 kVrms isolation and 20 kV/microsecond transient immunity. Unique 8-pin MSOP package.

This board demonstrates an isolated, high-efficiency synchronous buck converter switch-mode
power supply (SMPS) using the world’s smallest isolators, NVE IsoLoop® MSOP Isolators.
The output is 3.3V at 750 mA.
The board has three channels of isolation to ensure the output is electrically isolated from the
input. A two-channel MSOP-8 isolator isolates synchronous rectification and a single-channel
MSOP-8 isolator isolates output-voltage feedback. MSOP isolators minimize board area.
Despite the compact components, the board has full 2.5 kV isolation and maintains 3 mm creepage.
The IL711V-1 is a dual-channel bidirectional, 110 Mbaud CMOS-compatible isolated buffer with full 2.5 kVrms isolation voltage in a unique 8-pin MSOP package. 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, and 50 kV/microsecond transient immunity.
The "E" suffix indicates this part is lead (Pb) free.
The IL511-1 is a 3.3V/5V, dual-channel unidirectional 2 Mbps DC-correct digital isolator, 25 ns propagation delay, 10 ns pulse width distortion with 1 kVrms isolation and 50 kV/microsecond typical transient immunity, -40°C to 85°C. Unique 8-pin MSOP.
The "E" suffix indicates this part is lead (Pb) free.
These 2 x 3.5-inch (50 x 90 mm) boards have an IL715VE isolator, two bypass capacitors as recommended, screw connections, test pads, and provisions for header pins.
V-Series isolators are rated at a best-in-class 7 kVrms (9.9 kVpeak) isolation voltage. The evaluation board demonstrates best practice for maintaining 8 millimeter creepage. The isolators are conformally-coated to minimize arcing around the part.
IL6xxCMTI-Series isolators are
optimized for driving MOSFETs either directly or with an
external gate driver.
Resistors set the input current, and five milliamps guarantees
switching. The inputs can be configured as non-inverting or
inverting.
CMTI-grade isolators are 100% tested to ensure each part has
at least 200 kV/µs minimum Common-Mode Transient
Immunity. Simple external deglitch circuitry can extend the
CMTI to an extraordinary 350 kV/µs typical.
The parts also have an extended supply range of up to 6.6 volts
for compatibility to directly drive a range of power
MOSFETs or gate driver ICs. The parts provide full 2.5 kV isolation.
The IL611CMTI-1E is a two-channel version in an ultramniature MSOP8 package.
The IL016E is a low-power, 3.3/5V, 10 Mbps, 100C Isolator. Typical total quiescent current is just 0.3 mA per channel. 16-pin wide-body (0.3"-wide) SOIC package.
The "E" suffix indicates this part is lead (Pb) free.
The IL3085TE is an isolated 4 Mbps RS-485 transceiver with an extended temperature range. Compatible with 3.3 V or 5 V input logic. 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with True 8™ mm creepage.
The IL610-3E is a 3.3/5V, single channel, 100 Mbps isolated signal coupler with a CMOS output, which can be used to replace opto-couplers in many standard isolation functions. The device is manufactured with NVE's IsoLoop spintronic GMR technology giving exceptional small size and low power dissipation. The passive input structure allows direct interface to a very wide range of voltage inputs. A single resistor is used to set maximum current for input voltages above 0.5 V. 20 kV/microsecond transient immunity. 8-pin SOIC package.
This part is lead (Pb) free.
