IL715-1E: 4-Channel (all same direction) Isolator, 2.5 kV, QSOP

The IL715-1 is an ultraminiature isolator with no performance compromises. 110 Mbps, 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, 600 WV per VDE 0884-10, 2500 Vrms isolation and 50 kV/microsecond transient immunity, and 44000 year barrier life. 16-pin QSOP.

The "E" suffix indicates this part is lead (Pb) free.
