The IL721-3 is a 3.3/5V, dual-channel bidirectional isolated buffer. The channel configuration is reversed from the IL712. CMOS-compatible with automatic level shifting, 110 Mbps, 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, 2500 Vrms isolation and 20 kV/microsecond transient immunity. 8-pin SOIC package.
