The IL262E is a 3.3/5.0-volt, 5-channel (3 transmit; 2 receive) isolated, 110 MBaud CMOS compatible logic buffers with 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, 2500 Vrms isolation and 50 kV/microsecond transient immunity. 16-pin wide-body (0.3"-wide) SOIC package.
