World's
Smallest DC-to-DC Convertors
NVE DC-to-DC convertors are available in either a SOIC16 or a 3 x 5.5 mm
DFN6, which is the world's smallest isolated DC-to-DC convertor. They have 3.3 volt
inputs and are available with 3.3-, 5-, or 6-volt regulated outputs. All versions
also have a 10-volt unregulated output.
The DFN6 versions offer full 2.5 kVrms isolation, and the SOIC16 versions
have best-in-class 6 kVrms isolation. Parts feature less than one millivolt
peak-to-peak ripple, soft start, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C.

Ultrasensitive
TMR Analog Magnetic Sensors
ALT-Series sensors are Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) analog bridge sensors
with an extraordinary amount of signal, wide linear range, and packages as small
as 0.58 x 0.58 mm. These sensors can detect fields low as 0.1 microtesla.

Double-Switch-Proof
Cylinder Position Sensors
ADA-Series magnetic switch sensors use advanced omnidirection sensing elements
to eliminate double-switching artifacts in applications such as cylinder position
sensors.
The parts have an extended -40 to 150 °C temperature range for harsh industrial
environments and operate from 4.5 to 30-volt power supplies. The sensor elements
can withstand magnetic fields up to 1400 mT without their operation being disturbed,
making them immune to the effects of high external currents or strong motor magnets.

7
kV Isolators
IL700V-Series four-channel isolators have best-in-class 7 kVrms (9.9 kVpk)
isolation.
A unique ceramic/polymer composite isolation barrier also provides the industry's
best barrier resistance and virtually unlimited life. IL700V-Series isolators
are certified under the stringent VDE 0884-17 standard, and are UL1577 registered
and ATEX / IECEx certified for intrinsically safe applications.

Ultra-Stable
GMR Analog Magnetic Sensors
With output temperature coefficients of just 0.05%/°C,
AA00x
series analog magnetometers have best-in-class temperature stability.
Their stability makes them an excellent choice for a variety of analog applications,
including position, speed, and current sensing.

Omnidirectional
Sensors
Magnetoresistive sensors are sensitive in plane, while Hall effect sensors are
sensitive perpendicular to the IC plane. NVE's omnidirectional
sensors combine the best of both worlds--they are sensitive in both directions
and anything between. |

Angle
Sensors
NVE's unique TMR Angle Sensors provide on-axis or off-axis sensing with wide airgaps
for the ultimate positioning flexibility. Analog
sensors have large amplitudes; smart
sensors are factory calibrated with digital processing cores and SPI,
I²C, or ABZ
interfaces. |

Low Voltage, Ultralow Power TMR Magnetic Switches
New AHT-Series magnetic switches are ideal for battery-powered applications with
supplies as low as 0.9 volts. Operate points as low as 1.5 millitesla.
Typical power consumption of 525 nW without duty cycling. Devices are available
in a 1.1 x 1.1 mm DFN or a 0.65 x 0.65 mm Wafer Level Chip-Scale
Package. |

WLCSP
Magnetic Sensors
New ultraminiature Wafer Level Chip-Scale Packages (WLCSPs) are as small as 0.55
mm square. Analog sensors and magnetic switches are available with a variety of
sensitivities and supply voltages. |
