reported exceptional growth for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total revenue
for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 increased 81%, driven by an 82% increase
in product sales and a 53% increase in contract R&D.
New
CEO
 Pete
Eames has been selected as NVE's next President and CEO, effective August 6, when
the current CEO retires. Dr. Eames has served as Vice President of Advanced
Technology since 2016. He has been an NVE employee in various capacities since
joining the Company in 2003 after completing his Ph.D. in Experimental Condensed
Matter Physics from the University of Minnesota.

nominated Carolyn W. Valentine as a new director. She is President of Grason-Stadler,
a Demant Company. Demant is a hearing healthcare and audio technology group, and
Grason-Stadler is a world leader in audiology equipment.

NVE Corporation was included in the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 Indexes for
the fourth consecutive year. The Russell 3000 includes the 3,000 largest
public companies in the United States.
