Voltage Regulators
 Rated
to 175°C, DC0-Series
regulators are the gold standard for harsh environments. The parts are available
in 3.3- and five-volt versions, in either a 2.5 x 2.5 mm DFN or a new
1.1 x 1.8 mm wafer-level chip scale package.
The regulators have reverse input protection and excellent ESD and transient immunity.
Because of their inherent stability, these parts don't need any external components,
not even bypass capacitors.

Three parts are currently available:
In addition to the fixed voltages, the WLCSP version has a Vadj connection that
allows custom voltages set by a single resistor.
Breakout Boards
 A
0.8 x 0.4 inch (21 x 10 mm) breakout
board with easy conections is available for the five-volt WLCSP regulator.
The board is designed for 175°C operation and has thermal vias to optimize
performance. Bare boards are
also available for the DFN versions.
