AD924-00: 2.8 mT Digital Switch, MSOP

AD924-00 Sensors are for use with external high-current output transistors in industrial control environments. The parts provide the same precise magnetic performance as NVE's GMR Digital Switches with the addition of output stage short circuit protection (SCP). The protection circuit shuts off the output stage if there is a short circuit, then turns it back on after a specified interval. The sensor, combined with external reverse battery and overvoltage protection, results in a "bulletproof" assembly. ADT002-10E: Low Hysteresis, Ultralow Power Rotation Quadrant Sensor, TDFN6

ADT002-10E Rotation Sensors provide two binary digital outputs to accurately indicate the absolute rotational quadrant of a rotating magnet. The two outputs are 90 degrees out of phase to also provide directional information. An additional output indicates a fault if the magnetic field is too high. The ADT002 is low hysteresis to provide accurate, absolute rotational quadrant information. The sensors use NVE’s unique Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to minimize power consumption and size. The sensors are typically used with radially-magnetized disk magnets or split pole magnet. An Evaluation Kit is available with an angle sensor, magnet, circuit board with indicator LEDs, and a plastic magnet locating fixture. AG040C: ADL021 Externally-Powered Nanopower Sensor Evaluation Board

This kit includes an evaluation board with the ultraminiature, ultralow-power ADL021 magnetic switch. The board has a digital output, and can be powered from a 3.3-volt nominal supply. An LED shows the output. A miniature bar magnet is included so you can see for yourself how these remarkable sensors work. AG955-07E: Self-Contained SM12x Programmer

This self-contained module allows zeroing and programming the digital output threshold and hysteresis or SM124-10E or SM125-10E Smart Magnetometer without need of a computer or a customer microcontroller.

The 2.5" x 2.5" (64 mm x 64 mm) board has an I²C master microcontroller connected to the SM124.

A pushbutton for zeros the sensor, and miniature rotary thumbwheel switches provide three digits of resolution for the threshold and two for hysteresis. A custom TDFN-6 socket accommodates the 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm SM12x-10E. The module is powered by a small wall-mounted power supply (included).

Jumpers allow the sensor to be disconnected from the rest of the board so the board can be used as an interface to the customer’s electronics.

This module includes:

    • A 2.5 x 2.5 mm TDFN6 socket for a SM12x-10E Smart Magnetometer
