NVE's DB002-02 signal processing IC is designed to work with NVE's AD1xx series GMR switch as well as any other current sourcing or CMOS/TTL digital output sensor element, such as an inductive sensor or a photo sensor. This combination provides a high current switched output that corresponds to the sensor input. The DB002-02 functions as the front end of a complete sensor assembly, and includes protection against short circuits and high voltage transients from capacitive and inductive loads.
The parts also feature thermal shutdown circuitry and reverse battery protection. It provides a regulated output voltage for the sensor and other components in the assembly, and an LED driver to indicate an "ON" condition.
Features:
High Current Output
Reverse Battery and Transient Protection
LED Driver
Excellent Temperature and Voltage Performance
Small, Low Profile Surface Mount Packages
Note: Parts must be purchased in multiples of 92 for quantities of 92 or more. Larger quantities are subject to NVE's standard lead times.

The AG953H-07 demonstrates high current measurement with the SM225-10E Smart TMR Magnetometer. A 1/4" x 1/2" busbar is mounted to the PCB, and the sensor can detect up to +/-650 amps. Based on the AG953-07E Evaluation Kit, a powerful, intuitive graphical user interface allows the user to control sensor offset, calibration, filtering, and memory.
This demonstration features the ALT025 low hysteresis, high-speed TMR magnetometer and a high current PCB layout, optimized for the detection of +/- 200 amps. The board has sturdy screw terminal connections for current input, and it has header pins for sensor power and output.
The evaluation board includes three sensor over current-trace modules with three AAL024-10E TDFN current sensors.
The board measures 1.565" x 2.915" (40 mm by 74 mm), and includes three separable modules. The three modules are optimized to measure currents of 0-0.75A, 0-5A, and 0-50A.
