AET100F-00E: 1 mm, Full-Bridge TMR Rotational / Linear Sensor, MSOP

AET100F-00E sensors can be used with multipole ring magnets as rotary encoders or with magnetic scale tapes as linear motion sensors. High sensitivity allows for wide airgaps and accommodates mechanical tolerances.

The full-bridge configuration maximizes noise immunity and provides large 600 mVpp/V output signals. Sine and cosine outputs provide direction information.

Evaluation and Demonstration Kits are also available.

NVE's ABL006-10 GMR sensor is an analog output sensor for gear tooth sensing or magnetic encoders. The part features differential sensor elements spaced 0.3 mm apart on the sensor IC arranged in a full bridge configuration. ADT002-10E: Low Hysteresis, Ultralow Power Rotation Quadrant Sensor, TDFN6

ADT002-10E Rotation Sensors provide two binary digital outputs to accurately indicate the absolute rotational quadrant of a rotating magnet. The two outputs are 90 degrees out of phase to also provide directional information. The ADT002 is lower hysteresis than the ADT005 to provide accurate, absolute rotational quadrant information. The sensors use NVE’s unique Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to minimize power consumption and size. The sensors are typically used with radially-magnetized disk magnets or split pole magnet. An Evaluation Kit is available with an angle sensor, magnet, circuit board with indicator LEDs, and a plastic magnet locating fixture. Note: Please purchase in increments of 100 when purchasing quantities of 100 or more.
