ABL005-00E: 0.5 mm, 1-Bridge Analog Gear-Tooth Sensor, RoHS MSOP

NVE's ABL005-00E GMR sensor is an analog output sensor for gear tooth sensing or magnetic encoders. The part features differential sensor elements spaced 0.5 mm apart on the sensor IC arranged in a full bridge configuration. Bridge Resistance (Ohms) Linear Range (Oersteds) Output Comments Package Differential Sensor (Gradiometer); senses the magnetic field gradient across the sensor IC. Center-to-center distance between sensor elements is 0.500 mm. 4K - 7K +/-5 to +/-100 Analog Bridge Gear Tooth or Encoder MSOP8 Note: Parts must be purchased in tube quantities (multiples of 100) for quantities of 100 or more. Larger quantities are subject to NVE's standard lead times.

ADT002-10E: Low Hysteresis, Ultralow Power Rotation Quadrant Sensor, TDFN6

ADT002-10E Rotation Sensors provide two binary digital outputs to accurately indicate the absolute rotational quadrant of a rotating magnet. The two outputs are 90 degrees out of phase to also provide directional information. The ADT002 is lower hysteresis than the ADT005 to provide accurate, absolute rotational quadrant information. The sensors use NVE’s unique Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to minimize power consumption and size. The sensors are typically used with radially-magnetized disk magnets or split pole magnet. An Evaluation Kit is available with an angle sensor, magnet, circuit board with indicator LEDs, and a plastic magnet locating fixture. Note: Please purchase in increments of 100 when purchasing quantities of 100 or more.

ABL004-10E: 1 mm, 1-Bridge Analog Gear-Tooth Sensor, RoHS TDFN

NVE's ABL004-10 GMR sensor is an analog output sensor for gear tooth sensing or magnetic encoders. The part features differential sensor elements spaced 1.0 mm apart on the sensor IC arranged in a full bridge configuration. Bridge Resistance (Ohms) Linear Range (Oersteds) Output Comments Package Differential Sensor (Gradiometer); senses the magnetic field gradient across the sensor IC. Center-to-center distance between sensor elements is 1.000 mm. 4K - 7K +/-5 to +/-100 Analog Bridge Gear Tooth or Encoder TDFN6 Note: Parts must be purchased in multiples of 100 for quantities of 100 or more. ADT001-10E: High Hysteresis, Rotation Quadrant Sensor w/high-field detection, TDFN6

ADT001-10E Rotation Sensors provide two binary digital outputs to accurately indicate the absolute rotational quadrant of a rotating magnet. The two outputs are 90 degrees out of phase to also provide directional information. An additional output indicates a fault if the magnetic field is too high. The ADT001 is high hysteresis for high noise immunity in applications such as speed sensing and counting rotations or where motion is in only one direction.

ADT005-10E: High Hysteresis, Ultralow Power Rotation Quadrant Sensor, TDFN6

ADT005-10E Rotation Sensors provide two binary digital outputs to accurately indicate the absolute rotational quadrant of a rotating magnet. The two outputs are 90 degrees out of phase to also provide directional information.

The ADT005 is higher hysteresis than the ADT002 for high noise immunity in applications such as speed sensing and counting rotations or where motion is in only one direction.

To minimize power, the ADT005 does not include the high-field detection circuitry included in the ADT001 version, and is slightly less accurate due to lower-power circuitry.
