The IL4822 is an isolated, full-duplex 40 Mbps 5-volt bus RS-422 / RS-485 transceiver with an integrated 3.3V-to-5V DC-DC convertor.

The transceiver runs up to 40 Mbps, has a 1/5 Unit Load.

The DC-DC convertor can output up to 50 mA and is fully regulated.

2500 VRMS isolation; 16.5 kV bus ESD protection; 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with True 8™ mm creepage.
