MSOP and QSOP Isolators
The Worlds Smallest Isolators |
|
|
A full line of award-winning
IsoLoop® Isolators are now available in 8-pin
MSOP and 16-pin QSOP packages, making them the worlds densest high-performance
isolators.
But miniaturization doesnt mean performance compromises.
Best-in-class Dash-1
Isolator specifications include:
2-, 4-, or 5-channels; RS-485 and CAN transceivers
Up to 150 Mbps
Up to 125°C
44000 year barrier life
50 kV/µs transient immunity
600 WV per VDE 0884-10
2500 V isolation voltage per UL1577
The unique packages meet JEDEC standards, while retaining the largest possible
creepage distances. Additionally, low package thermal resistance and low power
enable the devices to run at high speed and high temperatures with no derating.
Like all IsoLoop Isolators, isolation is provided by a unique ceramic/polymer
composite barrier with a remarkable estimated life of 44000 years.
Here are our most popular MSOP/QSOP isolators:
All of these are in
stock for immediate delivery.

Sensing Demonstration
A new video gives a fresh angle on the advantages of AAT-Series
Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors.
NVE Vice President for Sensors Jay Brown demonstrates the low power, small size,
and wide air-gap tolerance of these unique sensors:
