Announces New and Improved GMR Magnetometer Sensors
With Ultrahigh Temperature Stability
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.August
5, 2025NVE Corporation today announced new and improved AA00x-Series Giant
Magnetoresistance (GMR) analog magnetometer sensors. The output temperature coefficient,
which was already a best-in-class 0.1 percent per degree Celsius, is now
a remarkable 0.05 percent per degree Celsius. The sensors are configured
as inherently temperature-compensating Wheatstone bridges.
Features include:
• 0.05 percent per degree Celsius output temperature
coefficient (-40 to 125 degrees Celsius)
• Wheatstone bridge analog outputs
• Operation to near-zero voltage
• DFN6, MSOP8, and SOIC8 packages
Their extraordinary stability makes them an excellent choice for a variety of
analog sensing applications including position, speed, and current sensors.
Six Field Ranges
AA00x-Series models are available field ranges spanning from well below
0.1 millitesla to more than 45 millitesla. The parts are available in three
package types.
Breakout Boards
0.8 by 0.4 inch (21 by 10 millimeter) breakout boards with easy connections
are available for most part types.
