NVE Introduces High-Sensitivity TMR Smart Magnetometer
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.March 28, 2022NVEs groundbreaking line of Smart Magnetometers has been expanded with the SM223a high-sensitivity version of the popular SM228 TMR magnetometer. High Sensitivity The high sensitivity of the new part allows more precise position control for more effective robotics, or more precise current measurement for more efficient motors. Unique Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology provides lower noise than Hall effect sensors and in-plane sensitivity. Smart All SM-Series magnetometers are factory calibrated to provide precise analog field measurements. The new part has an I²C interface and a programmable digital threshold output:
