Revolutionary sensor provides large signals and wide linear range
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.June 26, 2019NVE Corporation today announced the
revolutionary new ALT025 Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) analog bridge magnetic sensor
with an extraordinary amount of signal and a wide linear range.
The new ALT025 sensor
provides a bipolar
The differential bridge output is bipolar, meaning it is positive for a positive
field and negative for an opposite field polarity.
Large signals (20 millivolts per volt per millitesla typical)
20 kiloohms device resistance for low power
±10 millitesla linear range
High linearity output (less than 1 percent of full scale ±5
Ultra-low temperature coefficient of output (±0.1 percent
per degree Celcius)
Up to 300 kilohertz bandwidth
2.5 by 2.5 millimeter (0.98 by 0.98 inch) DFN-6 package
40 to 125 degrees Celcius operating range
The ALT025 has a differential
bridge analog output.
