NVE Granted Vortex Spin Momentum Transfer Patent
January 11, 2011NVE Corporation today was granted patent number 7,868,404,
titled Vortex spin momentum transfer magnetoresistive device, relating
to magnetoresistive devices and, more particularly, to nanopillar magnetoresistive
The invention was made with U.S. Government support under a contract awarded
by the Missile Defense Agency.
