NVE Granted Vortex Spin Momentum Transfer Patent

January 11, 2011—NVE Corporation today was granted patent number 7,868,404, titled “Vortex spin momentum transfer magnetoresistive device,” relating to magnetoresistive devices and, more particularly, to nanopillar magnetoresistive devices.

The invention was made with U.S. Government support under a contract awarded by the Missile Defense Agency.
