NVE Chairman Named a Hardest-Working Board Director for Sixth
Consecutive Year
June 11, 2012For the sixth consecutive year, NVE Corporation Chairman
Terrence Glarner was included in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal list
of Hardest-working Board Directors, and ranked first for total committee activity.
The list is in the June 8, 2012 issue on newsstands now. Minnesota public-company
directors were ranked across seven categories.
Glarner has been an NVE director since 1999 and Chairman since 2001. He also
serves as a director of two other publicly-held companies, Aetrium Inc. and FSI
International, Inc.

NVE is a leader in the practical commercialization of spintronics, a nanotechnology
