NVE to Join Russell 3000 Index

June 30, 2008—NVE Corporation will join the Russell 3000® broad-market index when the Russell Investment Group reconstitutes its set of U.S. indexes today, according to a list issued by Russell.

Membership in the Russell 3000 remains in place for one year. NVE is also expected to be included in the Russell 2000 small-cap index. NVE is currently included in the Russell Microcap® and Russell 3000E indexes.

Russell reports that over $4.4 trillion in assets currently are benchmarked to its indexes. According to the NASDAQ, the annual Russell Reconstitution is usually one of the most highly-anticipated and heaviest trading days in the U.S. equity markets, as index and other asset managers seek to reconfigure their portfolios to reflect the composition of Russell's indexes.
