EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--March 20, 2003--NVE Corporation (NasdaqSC: NVEC) today announced that it has signed six new distributor and manufacturer's representative agreements. The agreements add sales coverage throughout the world for NVE's award-winning IsoLoop® spintronic digital data couplers.

The new agreements are with the following organizations:

• WD Sales, covering New York state and northern New Jersey;
• The McCoy Group, Inc., covering mid-Atlantic states;
• Apera Technologies Inc., covering Canada;
• Mikro Princ Ent. Ltd., covering Yugoslavia;
• Neuron Electronics, covering Greece; and
• Hy-Line Power Components Vertriebs GmbH, covering Turkey.
