| NVE Appoints National Sales
Manager EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--July 12, 2001--NVE Corporation (OTBB: NVEC) announced today that Anthony F. Leali has been appointed to the newly-created position of National Sales Manager for Isolator products. Leali has nearly 15 years of sales and engineering experience. Prior to joining NVE, he held sales management positions with Unique Technologies and Future Electronics, Inc., both distributors of semiconductor devices. Leali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. "Filling this position is a key step in bringing NVE's revolutionary products to a broad market," added NVE President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel A. Baker, Ph.D. "Anthony is well-qualified to advance our Isolator Business Unit's mission of replacing opto-electronics in high-speed data transfer applications."
